  • Only one application is allowed per eligible police personnel.
  • In case of joint application, only immediate family members (spouse, parents, or children) can be co-applicants.

  • The Corporation reserves the right to relax eligibility conditions without assigning any reason.

Procedure for Allotment of Flats

  • Flats will primarily be allotted through a lottery system on a random selection basis.
  • If flats remain unallotted after the lottery, allotment may be made on a first-come, first-served basis or through another lottery.
